Empowering new associates from day one
Ensuring new team members have immediate access to learning opportunities is a top priority for Lesley. She recently spearheaded new L&D inductions for new starters, ensuring that within their first two weeks, every new associate receives a personal introduction to L&D and knows exactly who to turn to for support.
Crucially, this project involved collaborating closely with line managers from the very beginning. By getting line managers engaged early, Lesley ensured the programme accurately targeted the specific needs of each role, driving high engagement and ensuring a successful rollout.
