Bringing faster builds and smoother processes together. Routeco Know How.
The assemblies division at Routeco can help with all aspects of assembly, from laser cutting enclosures to drilling and tapping back plates, trunking and rail assembly, DIN rail population/assemblies, sub-assembly, and fully wired assemblies.
Routeco’s dedicated assembly space uses the latest technology to cut efficiently and accurately helping customers save time and money. We work with customers from a wide range of industries including food and beverage, pharmaceutical, water and others – many of which aren’t able to invest in the space and resources required to complete assemblies in house. Our customers are able to ensure their engineers focus on more demanding tasks while achieving vendor reduction, working leaner and being more competitive.
We offer a full solution and work with carefully chosen leading manufacturers to source a solution to meet requirements. The team will assist in component compatibility, availability and sourcing equivalent parts to help with cost reduction.

Routeco’s laser centre – using Rittal's Perforex LC
We continue to invest in the latest technology and ensure our team have the best tools to do jobs to a high standard.
The 3D laser technology within the Perforex LC is ideally suited for machining stainless and mild steel enclosures , as well as removable components such as enclosure doors, side panels and chassis plates.
Parts are cut without any visible paint damage or discolouration, even with delicate contours and on stainless steel.
We can use your existing drawing CAD files, offering significant time and internal cost savings ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
