At the core of the platform is a machine learning workflow that takes operators  from camera configuration and image capture through to model training, deployment, and quality performance analysis in a single, intuitive environment. Models are built on production experience and a clear understanding of what   good and bad products look like, reducing the technical barrier to entry while delivering inspection capability that goes beyond what manual or traditional vision systems can achieve.

Once deployed, the AI analyses images in a way that mirrors human interpretation. Root cause analysis tools help teams understand not just where defects are occurring, but why, driving the kind of insight that supports genuine   continuous improvement rather than reactive firefighting.
