Charlotte Taylor – Account Manager (Central Region)

Charlotte manages 50 accounts across end-users, OEMs, and system integrators in the central region. Initially wanting to join the army, she built her customer relationship and sales skills through online learning and night college while raising her children.

Routeco Journey: 

Charlotte joined in 2021 and has since transitioned from internal sales roles to external account management. Her positive experience working with Routeco as an external supplier made her decision to applying for a vacancy easy. She used learning tools like Routeco's aspiring manager passport, talent development programme, and online courses to ease her transition from an internal sales role to her promotion to account manager.

During her time at Routeco, Charlotte has organised an educational day for Bedford College students in partnership with Rockwell Automation to bridge the industry knowledge gap and encourage more women into engineering.
