Leigh Still – Senior Warehouse Supervisor
Leigh oversees daily warehouse operations, sorting queries, and releasing orders. Transitioning from a career in a care home, she joined Routeco in 2018 via an agency before securing a permanent warehouse role. During Covid, she was promoted to process champion, then warehouse Supervisor, and now senior warehouse supervisor.
Routeco Journey:
Joined in 2018 as a temp on the late shift, transitioning to a permanent warehouse operative, process champion, supervisor, and senior warehouse supervisor.
During his time here, Ross has completed an 18-month Level 3 Supervising and Team Leadership apprenticeship supported by Routeco, successfully balancing daily duties with coursework. A lot of his course was relevant to his role and he was easily able to apply it which has helped the logistics team achieve a staggering 99.88% picking accuracy.
The advice she would give her younger self would be to be more confident, trust your gut and learn to say no sometimes!
